Refund and Returns Policy
At Mom’s Home Decor and Creations, we value your trust and strive to deliver the best quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below:
Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Certain items such as candles, towels, and customized/personalized products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Approved Refund will be credited to the Original payment method within 5-7 Business days.
- Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.
Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order ID and reason for return.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (wherever serviceable) or request you to ship the product back to us.
After inspection of the returned product, we will confirm your eligibility for a refund or replacement.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.
Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items
Used or damaged products due to customer handling.
Items bought under sale, clearance, or special offers are non-returnable.
Replacements
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacements are subject to stock availability.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a defect, damage, or wrong item delivered, we will bear the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to personal preference (color change, size preference, etc.), the customer will need to bear the return shipping charges.
